Street preacher says he would rape if there was no god

If all we are is Time+Chance+Matter, then there is no TRUTH to a remark like Rape is wrong. Wrong just doesn’t exist….we are just reacting the the way chemicals determine us to act.  Rape is Absolutely Wrong but not according to evolution.
